Would that be enough to refuse the 2 year trust building warranty Edited 17 March, 2019 by mike4scuba i think i have a problem with my egr valve so searched google and youtube. looks like a big job on the tdi cr engine at around £1600 for a dealer. apparently its at the back of the engine at the bottom. drive shaft etc has to come off to gain access to the water cooled egr valve. but this is on the 2.0tdi cr engine ( my octavia vrs engine) not sure what yours is.
