It is under the seat, but it is accessible from the front of the bottom of the panel under the seet. Don't pull the seat pad out, look under the front lip of it. They were not identical to the original specs.. They had 13.5v and the original I believe was 12v but after installing the light still didn't come on. Fuse 31 problem. Today's problem is that I hadn't current in the glove box light and cigar lighter. I checked the fuse 31 and it was fused, so I changed it, everything worked fine 30sec, then I lose the tension in both things.
